MEET THE CIRCLES RISING TEAM

Jasmine Tabisaura

For over 17 years, I have facilitated women’s circles and community spaces grounded in trust, accountability, and belonging. Within these spaces, I have guided participants through complex and often vulnerable conversations while navigating differences, addressing harm, and fostering deeper understanding. This work has required emotional intelligence, humility, and the ability to hold space for both discomfort and growth.

My corporate background is rooted in change implementation, and inclusion strategy and programing, where I apply my commitment to justice, equity, and anti-racism extending far beyond my formal roles.

In my personal and community practice, I actively engage in anti-racism work and ongoing social justice education. I am familiar with restorative and reparative justice frameworks. I am deeply committed to continuous unlearning, reflection, and accountability. I recognize that this work is ongoing and requires both personal and collective responsibility.

For more than 2 decades, I have been dedicated to the practice of women’s circles, creating spaces rooted in authentic connection and courageous conversation. Whether leading intimate circles or facilitating ceremonies for larger groups, I create an atmosphere of warmth, acceptance, honesty, and possibility—where people feel safe enough to explore, connect, and discover new ways of being.

My education weaves together training in leadership, communication, somatic awareness, spiritual practice, and creativity.  Through my ceremony facilitator training in the Seven Directions community, I developed a grounded approach to supporting the healing and growth of others, while expanding my expertise in embodied leadership, and awareness of dynamic group energies. In my years of personal work, I deepened my understanding of presence, resilience, and the remarkable human capacity for change.

I believe that transformation happens when people slow down, pay attention and truly listen—to their own bodies, to one another, and to Spirit. Through Circles Rising, I am committed to empowering women to move beyond self-limiting stories, to lead with authenticity, to embrace their innate wisdom, and to create communities where belonging, celebration, and mutual support can flourish.
