Circles Rising is for women, non binary, and Femme identifying people, looking for authentic connection, meaningful community, and a space to be seen, heard, and supported as they grow.
Yes! Trans women are women. Full Stop.
Life coaching is often a one on one where a circle is a small group experience. In circle participants gather regularly to support each other’s personal growth under the guidance of a trained facilitator. Unlike individual coaching, circles emphasize shared wisdom, collective accountability, and community building. This format fosters deeper connection, allowing members to learn not only from the coach but also from peers navigating similar challenges.
Circles meet weekly for 120 minutes per session, with the full program running for 12 weeks. Participants are encouraged to engage in light reflection or journaling between meetings, but the time commitment is designed to fit busy schedules.
Absolutely. Circle’s Rising welcomes all experience levels. Whether you're exploring self-development for the first time or deepening an existing practice, the inclusive environment is structured to honor individual pacing and needs.
Yes. Every circle operates under shared agreements that prioritize psychological safety, respect, and confidentiality. Members co-create a space where open expression is encouraged without fear of judgment.
If you are looking for a space that’s confidence building, supports you through life transitions, and deepens your sense of community connection, Circles Rising may be a strong fit — especially if you’re open to honest reflection, mutual support, and showing up both for yourself and others.
Participants may miss up to two classes during the Circles Rising program.
Circles Rising is designed as a sacred learning container where each session builds upon the last. Because this is an in-person, experiential program, your presence matters, not only for your own learning and growth, but for the trust, connection, and cohesion of the group as a whole.
For this reason, we ask participants to join only if they can make a wholehearted commitment to attending the full duration of the course. If you already know that you will miss more than two sessions, we kindly ask that you wait and enroll in a future cohort when you can fully participate. This helps preserve the integrity of the experience for both you and the circle.
No .Circles Rising is an in person, experiential course. Our teachings include exercises that are done in person. Due to the nature of the classes, a missed class can not be made up.
